Mid LevelStellar Talent LLC is seeking an experienced A/V Sales Engineer to design, engineer, and support custom AVL systems for projects across Central Florida and surrounding areas. This role involves collaborating with account managers, installation teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities
Partner with account managers to design and quote AVL systems aligned with project requirements
Create signal flow diagrams, equipment lists, and technical documentation
Develop detailed drawings and specifications in collaboration with engineering teams
Ensure designs are implemented accurately during installation
Commission systems and verify performance against design specifications
Travel to job sites for inspections, design verification, and troubleshooting
Support installation teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for equipment selection and budget alignment
Assist with change orders, system modifications, and project updates
Maintain and update as-built documentation
Provide post-installation technical support and troubleshooting
Ensure accurate time and expense documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Experience in AVL system design and integration
Proficiency with D-Tools, Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
Strong understanding of AVL system components and signal flow
Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
Ability to travel to job sites as needed
Willingness to complete Infocomm Essentials of the AV Industry and CTS certification within the first six months
