The role involves a variety of responsibilities including departmental support, faculty support, and student support.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing program policies, preparing correspondence and reports, supporting technology needs, scheduling meetings and events, processing financial transactions, and maintaining office supplies and educational materials
Additional tasks include handing IT and facilities requests, distributing surveys, supporting accreditation efforts, organizing applicant files, and coordinating classroom and equipment scheduling
Schedule faculty appointments and meetings, maintain student profiles, support course material preparation, oversee student evaluation files, coordinate semester reviews, and support faculty search committees
Oversee the logging and filing of student clinical evaluations and care plans, act as administrative contact for student research teams, monitor related expenditures, audit student records, and coordinate with external vendors that support student learning
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of administrative support experience
