Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI and generative AI applications, as well as go forward support
Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of AI-driven applications
Monitor AI workloads with observability tools and AI Operations best practices
Create and manage AI standards, procedures, and training
Support company-wide alignment of AI efforts
Review AI solution architecture
Ensure AI solutions are secure and scalable within Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and capabilities
Participate in corporate-level AI governance and strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering
Successful completion of a certified Application Development Apprenticeship will also be considered
Preferred
2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development or enterprise AI implementation
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
Strong understanding of AI solution architecture and deployment
Familiarity with data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI
