Responsibilities

Independently communicate with Customer Support to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues
Design database schemas and APIs for small-to-medium scoped features
Implement features following internal engineering principles and guidelines
Provide estimates for their own work and communicate progress and risks proactively to the team

Required

Deep experience with and understanding of JavaScript (5+ years)
Deep experience with and understanding of Node.js (5+ years)
Deep experience with and understanding of Express.js framework (2+ years)
Deep experience with and understanding of APIs (5+ years)/Building fintech backend APIs (1+ years)
Deep experience with and understanding of Databases (PostGreSQL) (2+ years)
Deep experience with and understanding of Architecture (2+ years)
Deep experience with and understanding of Fintech web applications (1+ years)
The ability to see challenges as opportunities to level up
High-achieving and goal-oriented
A self-starter, you are always able to understand the bigger picture, and take a leading role to impact it
