Head of Talent Acquisition

The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing and executing the recruiting strategy, overseeing all hiring functions, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires exceptional talent aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing TA team, including recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists
Build workforce plans and hiring forecasts in partnership with Finance, HR, and business leaders
Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive accountability and transparency
Design and optimize recruiting processes for speed, quality, and candidate experience
Implement and manage recruiting technologies, including ATS, CRM, AI-enabled tools, and interview intelligence platforms
Ensure consistent, structured interview practices that reduce bias and improve hiring outcomes
Drive continuous improvement through data insights, feedback loops, and process audits
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring decisions
Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and communication norms to ensure alignment and accountability
Facilitate strong recruiter–hiring manager collaboration, including intake meetings, candidate calibration, and real-time feedback cycles
Promote adoption of tools such as LinkedIn Shared Projects and Hiring Manager Review to increase transparency and efficiency
Strengthen the company’s employer brand across digital channels, events, and partnerships
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and future workforce needs
Oversee diversity recruiting strategies and partnerships to ensure inclusive hiring practices
Lead or oversee executive-level searches, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and strategic approach
Partner with external search firms when needed and manage vendor relationships
Ensure all recruiting practices comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
Maintain data integrity, documentation standards, and audit readiness across all hiring processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership of multi-function recruiting teams
Proven success building and scaling recruiting strategies in complex or high-growth environments
Expertise with modern recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, AI-enabled sourcing, interview intelligence platforms)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience partnering with senior executives and leading executive-level searches
Preferred
Experience in global or multi-region recruiting environments
Background in industries such as technology, professional services, research, or other knowledge-based sectors
Familiarity with HR operations, workforce planning, and organizational design
Demonstrated success driving DEI hiring initiatives
