AI Architect -
ExaTech Inc is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect / AI Architect with expertise in contact center implementations, particularly with Genesys platforms. The role involves designing and leading intelligent contact center transformations using AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable contact center solutions using Genesys (Cloud CX / Engage)
Lead end-to-end implementation of contact center platforms, including integrations with CRM, IVR, chat, and voice systems
Define and implement Agentic AI architectures for use cases such as virtual agents, intelligent routing, automation, and decision-making
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical architecture and solution designs
Drive AI use cases including chatbots, voice bots, NLP, NLU, sentiment analysis, and conversation intelligence
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance standards
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams
Support POCs, solution demos, and client presentations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong architecture background
Proven experience in contact center solutions and Genesys implementations
Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage, IVR, ACD, and omnichannel solutions
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Agentic AI concepts in contact centers
Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, and workflow automation
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
