Responsibilities
Perform and support laboratory experiments, including sample preparation, data collection, and general lab operations
Follow experimental procedures and protocols, carrying out tasks independently as needed
Collect, record, and maintain accurate, complete, and timely experimental data and documentation
Assist in routine sampling, assay preparation, and experiment setup
Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and a clean, organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Plant Science, Biological Science, Genetics, Horticulture, Biotechnology, or related field
Lab experience preferred; experience in plant tissue culture or transformation is a plus but not required
Ability to follow instructions precisely and execute experiments with attention to detail
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
Knowledge of general lab operations and safe laboratory practices
