Responsibilities

Respond promptly to content change requests and maintain production timelines
Complete metrics information in the Bloom Growth scorecard
Research instructional trends and emerging tools to enhance learning delivery
Upload and maintain course materials in Workday Learning and ensure metadata accuracy
Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to convert complex information into clear and engaging training materials
Design and build learning assets such as presentations, infographics, handouts, video scripts, microlearning content, and eLearning modules
Assist with reporting on content development progress, usage, and performance metrics
Maintain knowledge repositories and ensure accessibility for the Learning Team
Support blended learning strategies and contribute to long-term content planning
Monitor updates to processes, systems, and policies that may require content revisions
Attend weekly and bi-weekly Learning Team meetings including one-on-one sessions with the Team Leader
Conduct quality checks to ensure clarity, accuracy, branding consistency, and engagement
Incorporate feedback from learners, trainers, and stakeholders to continuously improve training content
Conduct content reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current business practices

Required

2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a learning and development or corporate training environment

Preferred
