The role involves designing, planning, and executing high-quality events while collaborating with internal teams and managing logistics.

Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events throughout the year
Design and produce event-related graphics and presentation materials
Manage event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, vendors, venues, and materials
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate timelines and deliverables
Track budgets, expenses, and metrics related to event and community ROI
Assist with content planning and speaker preparation
Maintain organized documentation for events, materials, and processes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Project coordination or project management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience supporting corporate, executive, or community events
Familiarity with Private Equity, Asset Management, or Financial Services environments
Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or professional services setting
