Responsibilities

In cooperation with leadership, ensures billing services best practices by:
Researches, develops, and implements policies, procedures and processes to promote consistency
Develops and delivers onboarding, job skills training and development programs to billing services staff
Identifies skill gaps relative to billing services best practices and provides performance improvement consulting and support
Monitors the performance of the billing services function and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
Acts as a subject matter expert, providing billing services expertise
Develops and executes effective billing services internal quality control processes and procedures to ensure a consistent work product, including the design and coordination of billing services internal quality review processes
Serves as Business Lead and/or resource on corporate projects representing the billing function
Develops/maintains data analytics for various reporting metrics
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to work legally in the United States
Significant independent judgment
Experience in developing, communicating, and monitoring performance to best practices

Ability to identify skill gaps and provide performance improvement consulting
Experience in monitoring performance and making recommendations for continuous improvement
Subject matter expertise in billing services
