Provide general information and support to guests, patients, and staff
Perform light clerical duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal, listening, and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
