Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Commercial Property Management team
Establish and refine departmental processes, systems, and standards
Oversee daily operations across all commercial properties
Review, approve, and manage all leases and renewals
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
Direct maintenance programs, capital projects, vendor coordination
Prepare and present financial and performance reports
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Maintain strong owner, tenant, and vendor relationships
Conduct regular property inspections
Qualification
Required
Property Management license required
Proven commercial property management experience
Strong knowledge of leases, CAM reconciliations, budgeting
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Preferred
Principal Broker's license preferred
