Responsibilities
Compiles and prepares a variety of financial and analytical support and forecasts in areas such as: general business conditions, sales, total and departmental procurement expenses and vendor performance
Identifies purchasing or vendor trends and reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion
Requests, tracks, receives, distributes, validates and stores all required vendor and business unit owner documentation; distributes received documentation and process controls to the business unit owner for the required evaluations and monitoring processes
Ensures vendor risk assessments, rating, regulatory and or business unit owner requirements and functional requests are handled within established guidelines
Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s)
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
