Responsibilities
Facilitate the timely and accurate bi-weekly processing of employee payroll
Ensure compliance with service codes for approved time and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders as it relates to payroll
Manage multiple demands and processing deadlines
Qualification
Required
Professional and responsive in communication, conduct, and interaction with co-workers and stakeholders
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to work independently and determine priorities
Ability to implement necessary actions to meet reporting and processing deadlines
Possess integrity, accuracy, and the ability to get things done in an efficient, respectful, and competent manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and ever-changing environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other HR/payroll technology tools
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll or payroll-related functions
Preferred
AA or BS in finance or related field
Knowledge and experience with Paycom
