Responsibilities

Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
Inspect and evaluate vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards
Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision
Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience
Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Preferred

Subaru experience preferred (but not required)
ASE certifications a plus
