The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Systems Engineering Support Analyst to join their Aging Aircraft Analytics team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves supporting the development of sustainment strategies for critical national assets and analyzing reliability and sustainment data to improve aircraft availability and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Perform analyses to optimize platform sustainability, affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, product assurance and other specialties into a preferred configuration to ensure C-32/C-40 mission success

Collaborate with multiple engineering functions to fully execute their scope of work such as Service Engineering, SEIT, and Project Integration

Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems with aircraft parts and systems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking

Aircraft technical manualsReading aircraft drawingsAnalyzing maintenance recordsDiminishing Manufacturing Source solutionsCollaborating with engineeringCommercial derivative aircraftAircraft maintenance experience

Required

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of technical education and work

1+ years of experience using aircraft technical manuals

1+ years of experience reading aircraft drawings and specifications

Experience analyzing maintenance records and identifying trends that suggest reliability issues

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK

Preferred

Experience researching and identifying cost effective solutions to Diminishing Manufacturing Source/Material Shortage and Obsolescence issues on aircraft parts

Experience collaborating with other engineering organizations to develop obsolescence/reliability solutions

Experience with commercial derivative aircraft platforms

Aircraft maintenance experience
