Responsibilities

Evolve digital personalization strategy by enhancing email messaging through data-driven insights and continuous improvement
Manage intake of video personalization requests, including gathering and documenting business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Support QA and post-launch monitoring of personalization elements to ensure functionality, proper rendering, and data accuracy
Measure and analyze personalization performance to deliver regular insights and results
Manage scopes, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects involving internal teams and external vendors
Develop expertise in the video personalization platform while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of email and video marketing best practices
Partner with the Marketing Innovation team to roll out personalization capabilities across the organization
