Responsibilities
Lead and support build, optimization, and integration within the Epic Patient Access space
Utilize expertise and certifications in Prelude and Cadence (core required)
Certification in RTE or Proficient experience with RTE and NOA
Configure and manage Referrals and Authorizations processes
Develop electronic consents, smartforms, and workqueues, including build and maintenance
Drive improvements to payer plan integration
Qualification
Required
Certified in Epic Prelude and Cadence
Experienced with RTE, NOA, Referrals, Authorizations, and workqueues management
Strong communicator with a collaborative and coaching mindset
Comfortable balancing remote work with light monthly travel
Preferred
Certification in RTE or Proficient experience with RTE and NOA
1 onsite trip per month preferred
