Responsibilities
Possesses the ability to apply well developed analytical critical thinking skills to software applications, operational workflow, and policies and procedures of the department
Provides in-depth support to end-users, resolving complex issues. Often acts as a liaison between users and IT
Plays a role in the configuration and customization of clinical applications. May assist in system upgrades and testing
Involved in smaller projects or specific components of larger projects. May lead small teams or initiatives. Knowledge of healthcare delivery and change management
Works across different departments to understand and integrate clinical workflows with IT systems. Works closely with operational end users to understand their business requirements relative to system configuration
Ensures that applications adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
Participates in On-Call rotation
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Highschool or equivalent, and six (6) of related advanced IT/clinical experience
Must show proven success in the support of Clinical Applications and maintain system certifications where applicable
Preferred
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Admin Center, and Exchange
