Responsibilities
Develop new tea blends and beverage concepts aligned with market trends
Reformulate existing products to improve taste, quality, and cost efficiency
Conduct trials, testing, and sensory evaluations
Research new ingredients, flavors, and preparation techniques
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Marketing teams
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Maintain proper R&D documentation and reports
Qualification
Required
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
Strong understanding of formulation and product testing
Creative mindset with problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Experience in tea, beverages, café chains, or FMCG R&D preferred
