Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of SAP Data Sphere dataflows, connections, and SAC dashboards
Perform daily health checks and resolve performance or data latency issues
Handle L2/L3 support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and document fixes and knowledge articles
Deploy and validate Data Sphere and SAC configuration changes, models, and reports as per AMS release and ITIL processes
Analyze and tune slow queries, data models, and dashboards to enhance efficiency and system reliability
Support business users with dashboard issues, data validation, and role-based security in Data Sphere and SAC
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree
Experience with SAP Datasphere
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Experience with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Experience with ECC Data
Ability to perform incident management and root-cause analysis
Ability to perform performance tuning and data pipeline monitoring
Ability to handle L2/L3 support tickets
Ability to deploy and validate Data Sphere and SAC configuration changes
Ability to analyze and tune slow queries, data models, and dashboards
Ability to support business users with dashboard issues and data validation
Preferred
