Responsibilities
Construct and deliver sophisticated wealth planning analyses, including retirement cash flow modeling, asset allocation, wealth simulations, income tax planning, estate planning, and risk management using eMoney
Lead wealth planning discussions and present recommendations in client meetings
Support advisor teams and portfolio managers by serving as a subject matter expert on personal finance and planning-related matters
Review and oversee financial plans prepared by junior planners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high quality
Serve as the primary point of contact with eMoney, coordinating with vendor representatives and supporting firmwide users
Conduct training sessions to expand and enhance adoption of eMoney across the organization
Participate in the firm’s wealth planning committee, contributing to industry best practices and internal planning processes
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience working directly with clients in a financial planning or wealth planning capacity
CFP® designation required
Expert-level proficiency with eMoney financial planning software
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding client service and business objectives
Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Experience managing, mentoring, and training team members
Deep technical knowledge of financial planning, insurance solutions, retirement savings vehicles, and estate planning concepts
