Responsibilities
Supervise and direct office support staff and activities, either directly or through subordinate lead staff
Plan, schedule and assign office support work such as drafting correspondence, typing, work processing, reception, filing, recordkeeping, report preparation, fiscal recordkeeping and similar clerical processing activities
Participate in the hiring of assigned staff, recommending selection for management approval
Train assigned staff in general office and County procedures and specific departmental and unit policies and procedures
Evaluate employee performance, counsel employees, and effectively recommend initial disciplinary action and other personnel decisions
Qualification
Required
Three years of office support or secretarial experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
