Responsibilities

Identify and target fleets and semi-truck dealerships for potential business opportunities
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within fleets and semi-truck dealerships
Understand clients’ needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their business goals
Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our asset disposition services and highlight their benefits
Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership with clients
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation of asset disposition services
Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings based on client feedback and industry demands
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to the management team
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to asset disposition in the transportation sector

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation industry
Strong understanding of the transportation industry, especially fleets and semi-truck dealerships
Familiarity with asset disposition processes and challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
Proactive and creative in identifying opportunities for business growth
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
