Responsibilities
Perform project management duties for complex IT initiatives following PMLC and SDLC standards
Manage day‑to‑day project phases to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate all project activities with IT teams, business owners, and key stakeholders
Track performance against objectives and implement corrective actions when goals are not met
Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, risk and communication plans, and gate reviews
Work with team members and leadership to secure project resources and funding
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and expectations
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and data sources
Work with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications
Provide consistent project status updates and maintain performance metrics for visibility and decision‑making
Manage vendors and ensure accountability for their deliverables
Identify, track, and coordinate cross‑project dependencies
Communicate risks, issues, and requirements to executive leadership, highlighting potential strategic impacts
Ensure all project activities comply with audit and governance requirements
Perform additional assignments and support related projects as needed
