Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations for oral surgery practices across a large, multi-location platform
Drive process improvements and automation to maximize revenue capture, reduce denials, and accelerate cash flow
Partner closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to support continued growth
Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement scalable best practices
Build, mentor, and lead a collaborative, high-performing revenue cycle team
Ensure compliance with payer requirements and industry regulations
