Ability to use 10 key calculator by touch
Basic mathematical skills
Understand SETF Bulletins, policies, procedures and workflows
Proficient data entry skills
Solid verbal and communication skills
Solid written communication skills
Shift priorities when necessary
Time management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Has knowledge of SETF systems that support both the credit and the dealer body (RouteOne eContracts, LOS, & Mainframe)
Accurately and promptly entering and reviewing retail and lease contracts in the automated contract processing system
Process all contracts to completion within one day of receipt while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations
