Responsibilities
Support the rebuild of their Dedicated Service Advisory (DSA) new hire onboarding program for their customer service organization
Overhauling the existing onboarding experience
Developing net-new, highly interactive content using a blended learning approach
Creating learner-facing materials
Develop facilitation guides to support internal trainers
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend the best structure for the program and maintain alignment throughout development
Qualification
Required
Senior-level instructional design experience with the ability to work independently and efficiently
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and keep stakeholders aligned
Experience supporting fast-paced technology or start-up environments
Experience designing and developing blended learning solutions
Experience using Articulate Rise and Google Slides; experience with Uplimit, Canva, or Easygenerator is a plus
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to share work samples or a portfolio
Background check required for the selected consultant
