Responsibilities
Manage and track all incoming litigation matters, including demands, lawsuits, and arbitrations
Maintain case files, assist with litigation communications, manage invoices and payments, and maintain the litigation calendar
Implement litigation holds and ensure compliance with document retention requirements
Support discovery efforts, including interrogatories, subpoenas, document requests, and coordination of document collection and production
Review and process incoming mail, including service of process
Research, track, and respond to customer complaints escalated to the legal team
Assist in preparing and submitting responses to government agencies and in replying to legal demands
Collaborate with internal product, business, and compliance teams, as well as outside advisors
Qualification
Required
5+ years of paralegal experience; a blend of in‑house and law firm experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and strong decision‑making skills
Ability to remain proactive, resourceful, and efficient under pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Strong team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn new systems and subject areas
Preferred
Experience with e‑discovery, Mac, GSuite, Adobe, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and JIRA is a plus
