Responsibilities
Deliver staff training programs focused on technology platforms and professional skills
Conduct needs assessments and contribute to the design and enhancement of learning programs
Create instructional materials, job aids, and eLearning content using Articulate 360 or similar tools
Evaluate program effectiveness using surveys and performance metrics and recommend improvements
Manage learning content and user progress in the LMS (experience with UKGLearning Pro strongly preferred)
Support attorney and management development initiatives that align with firm strategy
Align work with firm strategic initiatives and perform additional duties as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional development or L&D experience within a law firm
Proven expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and program evaluation
Articulate 360 or similar eLearning software experience required
LMS administration experience (preferably UKGLearning Pro)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the firm
Proven project management and organizational abilities
Expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Preferred
Minimum of 4 years of professional development or learning and development (L&D) experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program evaluation skills
Proficiency in learning management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and legal software applications
Currently residing in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT, VA, WV
