Client Concierge
Titus Talent Strategies is seeking a Client Concierge to enhance the experience of high-net-worth clientele. This role serves as the first point of contact for client communications, ensuring inquiries are triaged and routed appropriately while maintaining detailed logs and follow-ups across teams.
Responsibilities
Embrace ownership of the position and the role in helping the firm
Strict adherence to compliance and client confidentiality
Professionally greet and engage all inbound client communications across multiple channels
Assess, categorize, and prioritize client needs to ensure prompt and effective resolution
Route inquiries to appropriate advisors, operations, or specialist teams, ensuring accurate handoff and continuity
Maintain detailed logs of all client interactions and statuses in CRM and workflow systems
Track all active client service requests, identifying items that need follow-up across departments
Proactively follow up with clients for outstanding documentation, signatures, or forms (“paper chasing”)
Monitor and close communication loops to ensure all client needs are fully addressed
Maintain accountability checklists for all open items across advisory and operations teams
Provide a seamless, white-glove experience for high-net-worth clients
Anticipate client needs and preferences through ongoing interaction and tracking
Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day service inquiries and status updates
Help standardize and improve intake and follow-up workflows
Support special projects and client experience initiatives as needed
Cross train with the COO/additional team members to assist as-needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (required) in Communications or Business, preferred
3+ years of experience in client-facing or operational roles within financial services, wealth management, or private banking
Significant experience as an administrator
Familiarity with database management
Comfortable with client management software
Advanced proficiency a MUST in: Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Excel, excellent verbal and written communications
Service-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
High emotional intelligence and discretion
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
Team player with a collaborative attitude
Tech-savvy and systems-minded
Exceptional character and integrity
