Responsibilities
Support the Superintendent with daily jobsite coordination
Help manage schedules, inspections, and trade sequencing
Perform hands-on finish and punch work (cabinets, trim, hardware, touch-ups)
Assist with material runs, deliveries, staging, and site organization
Maintain daily logs, photos, receipts, and notes in JobTread
Communicate professionally with homeowners and trade partners
Help maintain clean, safe, occupied residential jobsites
Qualification
Required
Residential remodeling experience required (kitchens, baths, additions preferred)
Hands-on skills with finish work and punch lists
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in occupied homes
Clear communicator with clients, subs, and teammates
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal hand tools
Authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Familiarity with JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar
