VCU Graduate Assistant - Athletic Communications 2026-27

Responsibilities

Promoting and telling the stories of the VCU Athletic Department’s 17 intercollegiate programs
Writing features and press releases
Record keeping and tracking statistics
Working with some elements of graphic design and participating in some PA, radio, and video work
Assisting with any media request for coaches and student-athletes; and
Other projects and duties as assigned

Required

Admittance into a graduate program within VCU
Knowledge of and prior work experience in intercollegiate athletics
