Responsibilities
Own inventory reporting, accuracy metrics, and discrepancy analysis
Analyze cycle counts, adjustments, shrink, damages, and write-offs
Identify root causes of inventory errors and operational breakdowns
Build and maintain inventory dashboards and recurring reports
Partner with Operations to improve FEFO/FIFO execution and slotting logic
Support forecasting, replenishment, and capacity planning initiatives
Ensure inventory data integrity across WMS, IMS, and reporting layers
Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership — not just numbers
Qualification
Required
4–7 years experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or operations analytics
Strong Excel / Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivots, large datasets)
Experience working directly with warehouse or inventory systems (WMS/IMS)
Strong understanding of inventory controls and operational workflows
Ability to work 100% in-office in Oak Creek, WI
High ownership mindset — sees problems and fixes them
Strong communication skills with both operators and executives
Preferred
Experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
SQL or BI tool experience (Metabase, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
Experience supporting cycle count programs and audits
Exposure to high-SKU, high-volume environments
Comfort building process where none exists
