Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of 69kV and 12kV distribution projects, including oversight of distribution protection equipment
Utilize Maximo for asset management and ESRI GIS for precise project planning and cross-team coordination
Create and maintain rigorous project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Manage project costs, report on actuals, and perform detailed variance analysis to keep projects on budget
Present complex technical updates to diverse audiences and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Active PMP Certification is required
Proven experience in utility distribution (specifically 69kV/12kV) and protection equipment
Power-user status in Maximo (or similar asset management tools) and ESRI GIS
A 'no-stone-unturned' approach to cost management and organizational prioritization
Ability to lead with clarity, solve problems proactively, and maintain a high sense of accountability
