Required
3-5 years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Analyst and Associate, or an MBA, with a proven track record working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements
Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
Series licensing or must obtain
Preferred
Experience in the financial sponsors industry is preferred, but not required
An MBA, CA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
