Licensed Children's Mental Health Program Supervisor

Family & Children's Association is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Licensed Children's Mental Health Program Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division, leading a team to provide vital services to children and families, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division – CFTSS Program to ensure quality service delivery
Lead the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates to build a strong, passionate team that supports children’s mental health
Oversee assignments and service capacity to ensure children and families receive the mental health services they need
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team
Track and monitor all data/information required by the state
Assist with state reports and audits
Monitor data, ensure compliance with state regulations, and work closely with external entities
Attend state meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve access to care

Qualification

Master's DegreeLicensure in Social WorkLeadership skillsSupervisory experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyElectronic health recordsOrganizational skillsPassion for helping children

Required

Master's Degree and Licensure required (LMSW, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Creative Arts Therapy)
At least 2 years of experience post licensure in Human Services
Strong leadership & organizational skills
A valid driver's license with a clean record required

Preferred

Supervisory experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & electronic health records
