Responsibilities
Own UI execution at the component level
Help define, document, and evolve a scalable UI component system / design system
Translate high-level UX concepts into polished, production-ready UI
Partner with Product Owners who need roadmapping support
Collaborate with product owners to help shape and visualize product roadmaps
Turn evolving requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and UI solutions
Bring structure to evolving environments
Help standardize patterns, reduce inconsistency, and improve usability across platforms
Bridge UX and UI
Participate in UX thinking (flows, journeys, usability considerations)
Execute heavily in UI—layout, typography, spacing, interaction states, responsiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and scalable
Support handoff and clarify design intent during development
Qualification
Required
Strong UI Designer with real-world UX experience
Proven experience building or maturing design systems / component libraries
Comfortable working with evolving product requirements
Experience partnering with product owners or PMs who need help with structure and visualization
Ability to execute efficiently without sacrificing quality
UI design expertise (component systems, visual hierarchy, accessibility)
UX fundamentals (user flows, wireframes, interaction design)
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and make design decisions in dynamic environments
Preferred
Experience in digital transformation, legacy modernization, or large-scale redesigns is a plus
