Senior HR Program Manager - Hybrid

Lead major workforce initiatives turning big ideas into clear plans
Guide cross-functional teams and help leaders stay aligned and informed
Work closely with HR partners and subject matter experts to design solutions
Support stakeholders through change and track progress to ensure tangible results
Qualification
Required
6 years - Professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background
Demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, agile project management, change management, mentoring, developing and delivering training
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related
PMP or ACP Certification upon hire
Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization
PHR, SHRM – CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification upon hire
