Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business architecture point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and executive-level discussions to understand client goals, challenges, and strategic priorities
Translate client business needs into structured, actionable business and solution architectures
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support account growth and retention
Define and document current-state and future-state business architectures, including capabilities, value streams, processes, and operating models
Align business strategies with technology, data, and process initiatives
Develop business capability maps, road maps, and transformation plans aligned with client objectives
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, engineering, and delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions
Ensure proposed solutions align with business outcomes, budget, and timelines
Support solution validation, estimation, and feasibility analysis
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations
Provide ongoing guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with the approved business architecture
Support change management, process redesign, and operating model transitions
Participate in governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
Ensure solutions meet compliance, regulatory, and industry standards as applicable
Identify opportunities to expand scope within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Support sales and account teams in positioning solutions and articulating business value
Develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks
Create clear, executive-ready documentation including business cases, roadmaps, capability models, and presentations
Communicate complex concepts in a simple, business-focused manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
