Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative

Next Luxury is seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling inbound sales, scheduling, estimates, order processing, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls and emails from residential and commercial customers
Provide pricing, product information, and basic technical guidance on plumbing products the agency represents
Prepare and follow up on estimates, quotes, and proposals
Upsell and cross-sell plumbing products
Track leads and sales activity in CRM
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service inquiries professionally
Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines, pricing, and service expectations
Resolve customer concerns and product issues in a timely and courteous manner
Process quote requests and sales orders
Maintain customer records and documentation
Assist with job tracking, client documentation, and follow-ups
Support manufacturers with job details, product requests, and customer communication
Maintain CRM system quotes and customer information
Maintain knowledge of plumbing products and manufacturer policies
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required

1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience (trade or plumbing industry preferred)
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of plumbing services, materials, or construction trades (or willingness to learn)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with CRM or service management software is a plus
