Qualification

Strong data entry and client communication skills
Ability to answer customer and client questions in a professional manner via phone and email
Ability to perform data entry and process transactions using computer systems
Ability to deliver a high level of customer service tailored to each client's unique needs
Willingness to undergo gradual onboarding for phone-based responsibilities to ensure comfort and proficiency
Preferred
Previous customer service experience (not strictly call center or script-based roles)
Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with professionalism
Strong computer skills and experience with transaction processing
Experience in plumbing supply or equipment sales is a plus, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
