Responsibilities

Perform support activities to develop, implement and administer global compensation policies and programs. Support pay review cycles and equity programs
Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position
Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices
Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action
May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or equity compensation

Required

2-4 years of related work experience in compensation analysis
Experience in compensation fundamentals (e.g., job matching and market pricing, equity mechanics, cyclical programs, etc.)
Comfortable working with large amounts of data, utilizing strong analytical skills to interpret compensation trends and build intelligence through reporting, with high attention to data integrity
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in communicating and interpreting compensation philosophy, program design, and recommendations
A proven ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances with key stakeholders
Highly analytical with great attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities and effectively multitask
Desire to learn and grow in the compensation field

Preferred

Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment
