Responsibilities
Perform basic troubleshooting for RSA token requests
Gather and document information regarding RSA token issues for escalation
Maintain, distribute, and retrieve RSA tokens from users at distribution sites
Interact professionally with technical teams to accurately report technical issues
Read, write, and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation
Produce and contribute to IT knowledge articles
Provide metrics on the token distribution process and transfer data to source systems for follow-on processing
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution, or an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree (total 7 years' experience)
Preferred
Expertise with Windows Operating Systems
Understanding of computer security principles
Customer service-oriented mindset with professional communication skills
Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Experience with scripting using various languages
Experience maintaining logs and ticketing systems to track workload and task status
