Grants Manager

Crossroads Health is a non-profit organization serving Northeast Ohio communities with integrated healthcare services. The Grants Manager will lead the institutional funding strategy, manage the full lifecycle of grants, and coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance and successful submissions.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages an institutional grants strategy aligned with Crossroads Health’s mission and program priorities, in collaboration with the Director of Development and senior leadership
Research, identify, and assess new funding opportunities from federal, state, county, and local government sources, as well as foundations and corporate funders
Maintain and oversee a comprehensive grants calendar, pipeline, and tracking systems to ensure timely submissions and reporting
Collaborate with program/clinical leadership, finance, and development colleagues to gather narratives, outcomes data, budgets, and supporting documentation, and other requirements
Proactively grow Crossroads Health’s institutional funding pipeline, with a particular emphasis on expanding philanthropic support while maintaining a strong base of public/government funding

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (nonprofit management, public administration, communications, English, public health, or related field)
Three (3) years' progressive experience in grant writing, proposal development, and grant management
Demonstrated success securing and managing institutional funding, including public/government grant funding
Experience managing multiple grants simultaneously, including compliance, reporting, funder stewardship, and cross-functional coordination
Experience or strong interest in health care, behavioral health, human services, and/or integrated health care settings
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record (4 points or less), reliable transportation, and carry automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 and property damage of $50,000
