Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and approvals
Perform 2-way and 3-way matching for PO-based invoices
Support check runs, ACH payments, and vendor communication
Assist with general ledger support, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Support month-end close activities and tracking of open items
Work closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in accounts payable and accounting support
Experience working in a high-volume AP environment
ERP system experience required (Epicor / Prophet 21 a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Comfortable working fully onsite, Monday–Friday
