This role involves collaborating with construction crews and resolving on-site issues, requiring strong technical skills and travel to various client locations throughout the USA.

Responsibilities
Layout and control
Verifying that construction complies with engineering plans
Assisting with the placement of structural elements
Working closely with construction crews
Resolving issues that arise during construction
Travel and work from the construction site on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 4 years of Site Civil Engineering experience
Engineer in Training Certification and working towards Professional Engineer licensure
AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
Experience with grading and Earthwork site design
Experience with stormwater drainage analysis utilizing Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis (SSA)
Environmental Permitting knowledge (NPDES, wetlands, 404, Phase 1 ESA)
Site layout experience (parking, access, roadways, ADA compatibility)
Experience with Roadway / Paving design & specifications
Surveying knowledge (topographical, boundary, plats, coordinate systems)
Geotechnical knowledge (sitework prep, roadway / heavy haul paving design) Security gate / fencing design
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills (Verbal and Written)
Travel and work from the construction site on a weekly basis is required
Must possess authorization to work in the USA for any employer without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
