Responsibilities
Conduct daily tasks such as operating laboratory equipment
Performing quality control testing

Qualification
Required
0-4 yrs experience in laboratory setting
Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
Strong laboratory skills and experience in quality control processes
Effective analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and analyze test results
Knowledge of operating a rheometer, lab scale balances, and following lab safety procedures
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to adhere to protocols
Preferred
Resident of Charlotte North Carolina is preferred (relocation assistance is not offered)
Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field is preferred
Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
Knowledge of operating a DSC, Ross lab mixer, and Melt Flow Index (MFI) tester is a plus
