Responsibilities

Provide expert knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes related to coverage requirements

Act as a liaison for reviewing and approving Certificates of Insurance submitted by insurance agents

Translate complex insurance concepts into clear, actionable documentation such as sample COIs

Assist in the development and refinement of Certificate of Insurance standards to match industry benchmarks

Utilize CMMS programs such as Service Channel to review compliance-related documents for onboarding approvals or rejections

Support operational tasks related to onboarding service providers and ensuring compliance

Qualification

Certificate of Insurance SMEVendor Onboarding ExperienceCMMS ExperienceCompliance KnowledgeDocumentation Skills

Required

Certificate Of Insurance SME: 5 years

Vendor Onboarding Experience: 3 years

CMMS Experience (Preferably Service Channel/Fixxbook): 1 year

Knowledgeable and experienced in Certificate of Insurance coverage requirements per statute and description of services for each type of service provider

Expert knowledge of property and casualty insurance processes related to coverage requirements

Ability to translate complex insurance concepts into clear, actionable documentation

Experience in reviewing compliance documents

Experience in refining standards to align with industry benchmarks

Ability to act as a liaison for reviewing and approving Certificates of Insurance submitted by insurance agents

Experience in supporting operational tasks related to onboarding service providers and ensuring compliance
