Responsibilities
Develop strategies for a variety of deal scenarios
Support Sales throughout the deal cycles
Facilitate conversations across Customer Care, Legal, Finance, Deal Operations, and Sales teams
Perform deal calculations in the quoting tool and potentially offline in MS Excel/Google Sheets and prepare and modify contract documents
Manage the negotiations process including redlines on commercial documents
Work in a flex model environment of 50% in office/50% remote each fiscal quarter
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience or more working in Sales Operations, Deal Management, or Renewal Management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable researching and finding solutions to a sales proposal
Comfortable making independent decisions related to Workday contracting and commercial terms
Ability to quickly prioritize and complete work
Great sense of humor, enjoys lifting teammates to success
Great Workday ambassador, demonstrating our core values and contributing to a strong and positive Workday culture
Preferred
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Apttus
Ability to manipulate formulas in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience responding to contract edits, AKA 'red lines.'
Demonstrated experience working with a fast-paced Sales team
Experience facilitating deal completion with adjacent teams, such as Legal, Revenue Recognition, and Deal Operations
